WARRANTY GUIDELINES
Any modification or changes to the Motor Trike kit or accessory, failure to follow the guidelines
and directions noted in the owner’s manual, and/or improper maintenance will void all warranties. Misuse, abuse, accidents, unreasonable use, or Acts of God will not be covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear items are not covered under any warranty.
General Kit Warranty*
Your Motor Trike, Inc. trike conversion kit carries a three-
To initiate your warranty, please register your kit online at http://www.motortrike.com/warranty within 180 calendar days of installation. If the warranty is not registered with Motor Trike, Inc. during this timeframe, the warranty period will begin when the trike kit was shipped from Motor Trike’s factory.
Electrical & Mechanical Reverse Warranty* Your reverse gear comes with a one-
Please register your reverse gear online to activate your warranty. This must be done within 30 days of receiving your reverse gear. If the warranty is not registered with Motor Trike, Inc. during this timeframe, the warranty period will begin when the reverse was originally shipped from Motor Trike’s factory.

General Accessory Warranty*
All accessories not explicitly mentioned above, and for which a warranty is not specifically defined, are warrantied against defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 90 days.
(Examples include
Aqua Shields & Trax (Running Boards), Bumpers, Parking Brakes, Exhausts, Air Compressor Kits, Light Bars, Rake Kits, etc.). Normal wear and tear items are not covered under any warranty.
This warranty also does not cover finishes such as plated or painted surfaces with discoloration or rust. This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the system, which may be proven defective under normal use. We will not warranty any item that has been abused, misused, improperly installed, or modified.
Dealers or distributors are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Motor Trike, Inc. We will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any item under warranty. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number and a copy of the purchase invoice. Parts being returned without a return authorization may be refused at our receiving docks.
*Exceptions do apply. Motor Trike reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice and without incurring obligation.
